We only provide refunds or warranty service for equipment purchased from us directly, If you have purchased our products from a dealer, please deal directly with the dealer.
Return Authorization
You must call us for a return authorization before you return a product for any reason. We will not accept returns without a return authorization. If you ship us a return without a return authorization, we will return it to you at your expense.

Returns should be shipped in a safe and secure fashion, and we suggest you insure them. We will not be responsible for damage suffered during shipping.
Feedback from our customers is our most important source of information on how to improve our products, so please be ready to tell us what the problem is when you call for a return authorization.

Returns for Credit
Only charges for hardware and software will be credited, and only if the applicable conditions are met. Shipping and service charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Credit card refunds should appear on your billing statement based on the processing cycle of your credit card provider.
The return policy is implemented at our discretion. We can refuse to issue credit to anyone who does not meant our conditions.
Software
In order to receive credit for returned software, you must complete and sign the Intellectual Property Destruction Form. If you are returning hardware, you should include this form in the box with the hardware. If you are returning software only, you should mail or fax the completed and signed form to us.
Hardware
Hardware must be returned in as-new condition with all original packaging. Equipment which is scratched, damaged or marred in any way is not eligible for return. This includes Velcro glued to the back of a PDA or a weather radio.
All products will be inspected upon return. Products which do not meet the above conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
There will be a minimum 25% restocking fee on all computer equipment, including PDAs and EFBs.
Returns of defective equipment
Equipment which is shipped as part of a NAVAir bundle is new (unless otherwise specified) and is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We will replace or repair defective equipment at our discretion subject to the following conditions:
Equipment that is defective upon receipt
If your equipment is defective when you receive it, we will replace it. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt that the equipment is defective. We must receive the equipment within 10 days of the date a return authorization is issued.
Equipment that fails under normal operating conditions while under warranty
Your equipment is subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. The terms of warranties vary by manufacturer and the terms and conditions are included with the manufacturer's documentation. You should familiarize yourself with your warranty when you receive the equipment initially. You can deal directly with the manufacturer if you choose, or we can return the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion.
Repairs and replacements under warranty are executed according to the manufacturer's policies. We are not responsible for the amount of time that it takes for a manufacturer to repair or replace an item.
Electrical power harnesses, power supplies and batteries carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for return of equipment under warranty
Equipment that fails outside of the warranty period or is damaged
If your equipment fails outside of the warranty period, you can return it to the manufacturer yourself for repair, or we can do it for you. If we return failed equipment to the manufacturer for repair, we will require a guarantee of the shipping and repair charges either by pre-payment or pre-authorization by credit card.
We are not responsible under any circumstances for damage caused by the customer or others.
