Our NAVPad
holders are made out of light-weight black anodyzied aluminum. The holder
is designed to be used with a wide variety of mounts, including Gulfstream V-Clips, yoke mounts and
suction mounts. The unit may be mounted in either landscape or portrait
orientation, using the swivel capability of the mount to change orientation in
flight.
The Gulfstream-specific NAVPad 10 holder is precision drilled to allow optimum mounting and yoke clearance on either the pilot or copilot yokes.
Mountain Flying with NavAir EFB - 2006/09/07 02:32Aside from the moving map with overlay of real time Nexrad Weather, the most impressive flight experience I have had with my NavAir NavPad has been my three flights (and more to come) between COS (Colorado Springs) and GJT (Grand Junction) CO through the mountain passes of the Rocky Mountains.
